U型重負荷滑軌包含可直接焊接於結構的軌道及特殊高荷重的滾輪軸承。滾輪軸承上有組裝法蘭的設計，方便將滾輪組裝於滑軌上。這些特殊滾輪可於軌道組裝不平行時給予適當的補償調整。此滑軌主要特色在於可承受高荷重的負載，但無精度方面的考量。
